I have no problem whatsoever shelling out a little extra dough for good, quality design. But dude, no amount of “visible brown stitched seams at each side and two gold coloured metal eyelets at the bottom” could convince me to pay $290 for the Jil Sander Vasari Bag—what amounts to a high-post brown paper lunch bag. Besides, it’s already completely sold out.
Jil Sander also offers a black leather version. It retails at $650, but strangely that seems a bit closer to sanity. Would love this in the same brown paper bag color.
If you had it like that, would you buy the Vasari Bag?
